    “Today's experience was like no other. This grocery outlet is not like the rest. The cleanliness was top notch. Every aisle was neat and everything was stocked up correctly. I found so many good deals and I was impressive that you had really good brands and not expiring soon which was a plus. I love everything you had made this shopping trip from not wanting to do this to ooops maybe 1 to many items more lol. As for the cashier sorry if i spell the name wrong but (gemma) red hair if i am correct. She was incredible her attitude and smile was on point. Her politeness and knowledge of the items especially in savings was so good. This is what customer service used to be I wish she was the example used on those training videos. Thank you Gemma.”

    “A lovely shop! Clean, well-organized, well-lit. Found everything I need and more. Check out this Purple Haze cheese from Cypress Grove. A great gift for any goat-cheese enthusiast. ? One problem, and to be fair it was 11 am, so maybe I was there at a bad time, but the garlic rotisserie chicken was very dry. I recommend Sprouts for a delicious, juicy rotisserie chicken at a better price.”

    “Most of the people here are very friendly and helpful here! However there’s one exception. I was in the line earlier this morning near the self checkout. The cashier was not very friendly. She wouldn’t smile and hardly said a word. I thanked her for helping me, but still couldn’t get a response out of her. She had reddish looking hair and her operator number is 719209. Even the bagger smiled and talked to me.”

There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! Thank you so much for that grocery pickup- as a mom of 3 it is is a LIFE SAVER!”

    “As gas stations go, it's pretty alright. Staff is always paramount in any experience and they've always been top notch, courteous, and polite. Yeah, it's a fuel depot, and mini mart of sorts, so much of what they have are stock items and to be expected, so you'll not necessarily find any surprises. They do sport the mini serving station of snack foods, a self serve soda fountain of course, candy, chips, gums, and a light supplement of automotives. Finally, there is also the touch less car wash, a genuine requirement living in our parts and a real convenience, my only complaint being is they don't offer any kind of discount on the wash with a fill up of the fuel tank. A quick note, should your vehicle be really dirty, as good as it is, the jets are not going to blow all that grime from your vehicles exterior, you'll needs a real wash, but it's great if you stay on top of it. Overall, conveniently located to North Valley's on Lemmon Drive, with pleasant folks, and clean, I'll call this a win!”

    “This is the Safeway I grew up with. My brother would always rave about their price for lunch for the Asian food in high school. I don't think it's ever changed after 20+ years! This location had a reno at in the recent years which I thought was cute that they added popular street names at the end of the aisles. It is bright, clean, and cheery inside. We usually go here for their florals. They are always high quality and rarely see any wilted flowers. Today we came to pick up a couple bouquets for my mom and our grandma. We ended up buying ingredients for dinner tonight. We were able to find our ingredients easily. Upon check out, we used the self check out which was easy to use. We needed assistance as we received an error while placing items in the plastic bag and the check out representative helped us swiftly. He was very friendly and acknowledged my daughter and said hi to her.”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
