“The postal clerks are top-notch, especially when they're busy. I lived in Virginia City 4 years. It has a small town, friendly vibe. I always leave with a smile when I go to the desk for mail services.”

“Scott was very helpful and kind. The store looks very clean and well organized. I heard it has been locally owned for many many years and you don’t see that very often anymore, let alone great customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I’m hoping I have the correct location. I live in Moundhouse. I had a package delivered and I couldn’t find it so I called customer service. They told me that they tracked. It was really close to my house but I still couldn’t find it . . . I called back and they told me they would send the driver back out the next day to see if he could find it for me. I was satisfied with that then someone named D’nese called from the local hub and was trying to help me find it. She stayed on the line with me while I walked around looking for it. I still couldn’t find it so she got a hold of the driver and said he was going to come back out and help me find it right away. She called him and he gave very specific information on where it was. I had been walking right past it ? they both went above and beyond! I’m so grateful because the package had my medication in it.”

59 Damonte Ranch Parkway # B, Reno NV 89521
“Its a shame that you don't go up to 10 because thats what I would give it. Ive been going there since it first opened. Even with the new beginnings and the learning experiences of starting a new place, I was actually delighted to wait in line and experience such genuine friendly, caring even humorous interactions that the staff and the owner, MITCH, treated the clientele. If they were frowning due to the crowd when they came in, they were smiling when they left. .myself included. Great packing, mailing, and easy Amazon returns. Thanks!”

12645 S Virginia St, Reno NV 89511
“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

“Brianna was amazing. The post office there in general is horrible. But Brianna shined today and gave us a very awsome experience. We have had many bad experiences there but maybe her presence will begin to rub off. It only takes one incredible person to turn a business around. Hopefully its her. THANK YOU Brianna.”
