“The place itself was great as the people working there are awesome. My issue was with the car itself. I signed on to rent a Compact car & was given a Nissan Versa and I was totally dissatisfied with it. I informed the clerk of the issues with the air-conditioning and the lack of acceleration and the feeling of driving a tin can, not feeling 100% safe. Upon further research, after my rental was returned, I learned this car is categorized as a SUB Compact and that is not what I paid for.”

“Completely satisfied with my rental experience. I wasn't expecting much from a satellite office WAY outside a major city but the on-site manager in Haverhill couldn't have been nicer. Pick up and drop off were both effortless and she was warm and genuinely friendly both times, even in the middle of a physical move of the office to a location across the street. The Jeep Compass I was given exceeded my expectations. It was in excellent condition, fully equipped and spotless.
