“Just had a delivery of a new GE Monogram Wall Oven from Barons! Dan and his cohort were incredible! The installation was top rate and their respect for our property was unparalleled. I could not ask for a smoother installation. Barons, as a company, was also incredible, as they assisted us with our navigation and communication with GE Monogram. We could not have had such a positive outcome without Barons help. TEN BIG STARS!!!!!”

“I was in the middle of decorating my home for Christmas today and I needed my vacuum to pick up a mess I had created. I took it out and it wasn’t working. I called Steve at the Vacuum Cleaner Hospital. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look. When I arrived he was extremely busy and seemed to be working alone. I expressed how desperate I was to get this fixed. He said he would see what he could do. I left leaving the store and knowing I was probably not going to see it for a few days. A few hours later, Steve called to say he fixed the issue and it was ready to be picked up. He stated he know how important t it was to me and wanted to eliminate any of my stress. Now that is customer service. Thank you Steve for addressing my needs in a timely manner.”

“I’m never let down by this place, they always seem to go the extra mile and most importantly, show a level of product knowledge that’s always appreciated. There’s been two times I’ve been here without a model number and they’ve been able to sort out the part I’m looking for.Additionally, when Fischer & Paykel discontinued a part they were able to source a replacement quickly and efficiently.To the negative reviews here, if you’re buying a part, you always have to confirm it with the old part. Parts are CONSTANTLY being subbed, updated and made obsolete. Wrong parts happen in the best of circumstances.”
“As usual, Brennan and Mackay provided exceptional service. Tommy, via phone, helped direct us to the most appropriate washer. We purchased and set up a delivery/installation/removal date. The delivery crew was prompt, polite, professional and friendly. They tested the machine and gave us great instructions. So much better than the Big Box stores!”

“Great shopping experience. No sales pressure and was able to find the perfect mattress set! Found the exact set cheaper here than at a big name store. I even added on an area rug for far less than any other store I had visited. Salesman, Jeremy was curious and upfront and honest about the products. They carry everything you need to furnish a house, besides the electronics!! I will be shopping here again! I would highly recommend checking this place out!!All products are very affordable and quality made!!”
“I have been a customer for five years and they have been very reliable servicing and supplying my fireplace pellet stove insert. Just today I had an issue getting it running after the long humid summer and Terri walked me through a couple checks over the phone to get it working, saving me a service call. I highly recommend them to anyone who has or would want a pellet stove.”

“As you would expect from a large store, friendly and knowledgeable staff (if you can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). If they don't know something about your needs, they will usually bring in another employee of better knowledge in your area of need (if they can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). The store is well supplied, cleanliness is a major focus. Prices are comparitive for the industry.”
“As for options and prices, the store is very good, but the service leaves something to be desired. It takes a long time to be served and as tourists, some don't make much effort to understand us when we have difficulty speaking English.”
“Been going through nothing short of a nightmare with a new washer and dryer purchase, no fault of Home Depot directly. I'm telling you if this store didn't have such an AMAZING OUTSTANDING manager I really would have been unable to deal with this. If you ever shop there and need a legitimately caring person to help you out, ask for Paul the store manager. (A couple of times I've had to speak with I think the regional or district manager Diane and she's a hoot, very helpful as well.) “I disagree with the first few posts in regards to staff... not sure who they are referring to but the staff are amazing.... they always say hello (at least the cashiers in the front do) and offer help. I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”
“I went in with my brother and he was looking for caulking, super tape, and some insulation to fix a leak on his trailer truck and the prices were very reasonable, service was excellent, and it was easy to get around the store. In and out no problem. Definitely worth a second trip. Enjoy!!!”
“Needed to rent a better chainsaw and called them up. Helpful on the phone and provided more than I thought they would: Safety gear, helmet with visor, gas, chain oil, and the chainsaw. Clear rates and friendly service. Would rent tools from here again.”

“If I could give more stars, I would!!! I stopped in on a monday not knowing they were closed. A man (I believe to be an owner) noticed me outside walking away and invited me in anyway! Spent probably 45 minutes with me going over 2 different stoves and was extremely informative. I ultimately ended up ordering a stove from this company a few weeks later and the folks there when I went in to pick up were just as friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and a no-pressure buying experience. You have questions? They are guarenteed to have the answers. On the off chance they don't, they will work to get you the answer as fast as possible. My Pacific Energy Summit wood stove came in very quick (suprising for ordering in the fall). Pick up was a breeze and they loaded the stove into my truck with the forklift. The loading guy even made sure it was exactly where I wanted it before driving the fork lift back to the garage. After getting it set up in my house, i had a few questions about how it was burning. I sent some videos to their facebook page where I got a reply fairly quickly reassuring me the burn was correct, and saved me a trip to the store. 10 out of 10 all around experience and I can't recommend them enough!”
