“Update : I wanted to provide an update about my situation as single digits was able to expedite my request and send me a technicien home to solve my issue. I’ve felt a lot of frustration fighting the situation by myself at the beginning, but single digit management was able to turn that frustration into very positive feeling! They have been reaching out to provide daily update and follow up on wifi status after they have confirmed the technician visit date. The technicians that came were very very helpful, after they stepped into my apartment the first thing they said is that is they won’t leave until my internet issue is solved! That was extremely soothing! They found out that i didn’t have any access point in the first place which i have already explained to single digits when i communicated with them, and they were able to install the proper hardware i need. Very happy about the support i got, i put 4 starts as i think front desk support still need to be improved and communicate better with back office. Still thankful about resolution!I’m extremely frustrated by the the low quality service and the limited the support i am getting from single digit regarding wifi maintenance at my apartment, I’ve been calling for every single day for a month now, and i’m getting the same update which is “we are working to get a qualified technician for the work you need”, it’s not even a complex issue!!!I keep telling the agents that because the issue i’m having with internet is urgent now, i’ll be available everyday, and yet each time i call they ask me for my 5 day availabilities to schedule a tech.I’m also not getting an estimation on how long it might take to get a tech. This is starring to affect my work and personal life!I’m not sure if 1month old tickets are normal at this company but if it is, that’s really bad news for me!!”
