“Came in because my dads phone was stolen. Had the pleasure of working with Dave. Dave was nothing but helpful from
the start. Making sure we understood the options, helping us smoothly access the account, and helping to choose the best phone option. Dave helped to set up the phone and make the
whole process as smooth as possible. I would recommend Dave every single time. An overall great experience for a crappy situation.”
“Brian M at the Bedford location is absolutely amazing! I have memory issues which are getting a bit worse which is more than frustrating but Brian made all of that better!! Best customer service experience I have ever had!!”

“Walt fixed my 2 year old Dell laptop, replaced the whole screen that was starting to come apart for less money than I was quoted and got it back to me 4 days earlier than I asked (needed it back for a conference, he included this in his notes and was sure to get it back well before the last minute). My laptop looks and functions like new. I couldn't be happier with the service, my husband plans to bring in his cell phone next for a minor repair. It was obvious this store receives a lot of business and I can see why. Highly recommend!”
