She handled multiple customers with care while greeting new customers, showed an amazing ability to multi-task, and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. She even helped other employees during my time there. She was also very patient with my parents, who are less than advanced with technology. I also overheard her interactions with those that were much less advanced than even my parents, and she still was completely patient and understanding.
