“Ordered a new phone for upgrade which was being sent via snail mail. An hour after ordering, Verizon added that phone onto my account and deactivated my current phone. Customer service (phone) was useless because they can't help without access to the phone associated with the acct or my email. Email requires 2 point verification which sends to my bricked phone.

Thankfully a local store was open and Matt was able to help reactivate my phone.

Kudos as well to branch manager Mr. Irwin for assisting with certain aspects and helping make the entire experience a true team effort. Together, they created the kind of customer experience that made this customer feel like a VIP.

Even though I was personally assisted by Brittanie, it was impossible not to notice the respectful and compassionate way both Mr. Irwin and Mason, another representative, welcomed, guided, and assisted older customers in the store. They treated them with exceptional courtesy, patience, and dignity — something that truly stood out and reflected very positively on the culture of this branch.

The branch itself was clean, comfortable, attractive, and had a welcoming atmosphere that reflected the professionalism of the staff.
