“Considering how much staff corporate allows and it's not much everyone there is great and hard working. Some should think about when its pouring out, snowing, freezing, slippery and sometimes theres just one person spoiling you to make it easier on you. Think about saying thank you , if you cant be nice then go in yourself . For those who complain should work there a day and put your foot in there shoes. Dont just run your mouth saying this is what they get paid. Well atleast they are working and it's not much considering how customers can be extremely rude by leaving their manners at the door. Respect them please. I think returns and outside deliveries is wonderful, shoe side cant keep up with customers taking everything out and not putting back. Pretend it's your house or visiting a friend. Would you do that? Everyone on register's are doing their best with the staffing they are allowed. Once again, that's corporate. Not the managers there. They are better then Walmart in my opinion. Keep up the great work and remember you cant make everyone happy just yourself knowing you tried your best”

“It was my first night doing Uber in that area.. & I had a customer order to pick up at this 7 Eleven. I believe her name was Amber (night of 8/24/22), and she was very friendly! It's always a good feeling when you meet someone and get to talking as if you've known each other for years, especially when it's your first time interacting, making the experience warm and comfortable.. and ending the visit with "hope to see you around again" left me to feel welcome. I don't even experience that type of customer service in the area of Littleton where I'm from and I been up here for YEARS.. and because of Amber, this will be my go-to store whenever I do work in that area. Thank You Amber! ??”

“My phone had been acting wonky. Drove across country from Las Vegas. Dropping my voice in the middle of conversations, disconnecting, sometimes talking when it was off! And more. MOHAMMED to my rescue! He not only fixed it all, but taught me how to do it. He had me write it down as he did it. He said driving state-to-state, I needed a network reset, app preference reset, & deleted any malicious apps. He gave me more info than any other Metro employee ever had. He was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and deserves a raise. Seriously folks, I've been in many Metro stores, certainly in Las Vegas, and this guy is good. He was also training another employee at the same time. You gotta keep this guy. Thank you, Mohammed.”
“Staff is very helpful and went above and beyond to help ny daughter with the problem with her phone, the first time we went we didn't know we needed to make an appointment ahead of time but the gentleman working the door fit us in right away and did his best to help us through no fault of his (the problem was with the carrier we were trying to switch away from) were not able to get it fixed that day however when we went back a few days later for another appointment and he not only recognized us he remembered exactly what the issue was and he was able to get everything fixed. Excellent customer service!”
“Hey guys, I hear a lot of crap about BestBuys, but frankly I don't think it's true! With my experience at this concord location, they've been very helpful! I purchased everything to build a desktop (i7-13700K, 32gb DDr5, RTX 4060, etc.) and they helped me to price match literally everything... if a cpu was $20 less a BH photo, they knock $20 off my total! Great guys!”
