I brought my girl Randa which has had her nails done only under sedation in the past. The Grooming Shop by A Furry Affair
297 Sheep Davis Rd, ConcordI have been coming to the grooming shop with all my dogs the last 5 years! What wonderful groomers!
They are highly trained and continue to go to classes (love seeing the photos on Facebook) they are wonderful with my dogs and always take time to talk to me about how they are doing. Very clean and organized salon.
If you dog needs time to get use to grooming they observe your dogs needs and help them adapt or if they are feeling stressed they will notify you.
My dogs love going there and have to bolt through the door to see everyone and are so happy!
Highly recommend this professional dog groomer!

She even sent me text updates to let me know my kitty was doing well during her first groom. Definitely recommend for cat grooming!

We rescued a cockapoo and I wanted someone who was familiar with breed standard (even tho we have a mix) the reason being the styling of the hair and fur type, and you can REALLY see she loves and knows what she’s doing. Angelica is happy before and after going, she smells SO good and i’ve gotten great tips and encouragement on what to do in between visits! I highly recommend ? tysm always!!

254 N State St UNIT M, ConcordFrom training classes to consult to boarding - I would give No Monkey Business Dog Training 10+ stars. Helen, her husband, and her team have always treated my Aussie and I with the utmost respect.
We recently boarded with them and my Aussie can be nervous in new places, especially with boarding. Helen reassured me she'd help him settle in and that no news is good news. When I picked him up, he was so happy, well-cared for, and he transited extremely well back at home after his stay for 5 days. Again, I can't say enough positive praise for Helen and her business.
Thank you, Helen (and team), for your time and commitment to these furry family members, treating them like your own. It's incredibly appreciated.

126 Hall St STE B, ConcordThey have my favorite sour here: Little Peach of My Heart! I'm a big sours fan and they always have a few on tap which is great. They have a little bar here as well as tables and couches to sit on. I usually start with a flight to try a few different beers and then get a 12 Oz pour of my fav. Bartenders are always friendly here, there is a BBQ food truck outside, and they sell 4 packs in the fridge for cans. They do have a lot parking. One of my fav breweries!

231 S Main St, ConcordJust stopped by the smoke show bbq next door for food on our way up to Woodstock from Rhode Island… had no clue there was a brewery right next door, but we were pleasantly surprised! The sour beer was amazing and we were able to take our dog onto the back patio and enjoy our beer and food - and the staff were all super friendly! Highly recommend :)

Likewise with the artisan breads: boules of sourdough varieties and baguettes. And finally, cakes, to say nothing of a nicely curated cold beverage cooler in a welcoming community atmosphere.
A gem of a bakery. If you’re passing through on 93, make the stop. If you’re local, you already know.

Located in the historic Gibsons Book Store, Gibsons Cafe deserves every star available; from the food, to the service, to the overall atmosphere. I have tried SO many options from their menu and have been more than satisfied with every choice, drinks AND food. The staff is super kind, and are full of wonderful recommendations. 10/10 over and over again.

217 Loudon Rd, ConcordPERFECT, I came here looking for a nice ribeye and wasn't expecting much but then they whipped up the most jaw dropping tasty ribeye, and then after i ordered a lava cake and that was giant, the cake itself was as big as my palm and the ice cream was almost as big, and the service was amazing and they were incredibly kind to me and my family, and even tho the food came a little late and my mothers stake was a little raw, everything else was amazing.

One time I ordered out, and wrote in the notes section online “we like spice.” I had no idea they would end up throwing in their in-house spicy seasoning in a little container for us. We sprinkled it on everything! Siam is the best.
