I went to two other Staples in the area initially (who estimated that the print job would take at least 24-48 hours), whereas Taylor promised an hour and was done in 30 minutes. Especially when you have a return that requires a new label and id's and other info in the return. I'm grateful for the help they give in filling it all out and putting a label on it for us.
