“After another company installed my fireplace, I discovered multiple installation issues, including the horizontal vent pipe not being connected to the vent cap. I decided I wanted a different company to fix the vent pipe and check the rest of the installation. Mike and Dylon fixed the vent pipe and thoroughly inspected the entire installation, catching another issue. Mike addressed all of the concerns I had and even called the fireplace manufacturer regarding an issue where the manual was ambiguous.”

“My husband and I woke up today with the decision that we are going to buy a new Weber grill and be prepared for next summer early!He had already gone to Ace hardware where although they were extremely nice, they unfortunately don’t take away your old grill (buzz kill).He had been to Lowe’s and Home Depot and the experience was pleasant but again they couldn’t accommodate the delivery set up and removal of the old grill.I suggested we search in the Rye and Hampton area for another place that carries Weber grills, and he was not too keen on it saying we will not find one we will just have to order it at Home Depot and figure out how to magically make the other one go away!For the heck of it I called the pool and barbecue grill store in Hampton called Bemister's.The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and said not only did they have the best prices on Weber grills but that the quality was different than the ones that they sell in the box stores which really surprised us.He went on to say that they have their own service that drops them off and sets them up but also will take away our old grill at a very reasonable price.We went down there to find an extremely gracious and knowledgeable salesperson who happens to be fourth generation in the company.By the time we left, not only were we thrilled that we made that call, but we are getting it delivered tomorrow which is a Sunday!!!I guess that’s what the old fashion “mom-and-pop” businesses do!What a change in experiences from other places and refreshing to see the classic old fashion “we care about the client” attitude still exists.They are very dog friendly, hands-on, and accommodating.6 stars!”

“Went there for their recent open house and hosting of YouTuber 731 Woodworks Tools and Tailgates tour. It was a great day with giveaways, demos, people to meet and things to do.
First time at the store so of course had to look all around I'm sure I still didn't see everything.
Can't leave a place like that without scoring some new tools and accessories or supplies. Bought some stuff for carving. Could have gone crazy and broke the bank, but I kept it sane and just under $100 with some sale discounts.
