“I had a complex situation with trying to get my iPhone 7 to connect with your pre-paid service. I had to pay for the service to see if it would work ( which is not a good protocol) but I took a chance. It did NOT work, however Amber was able to connect this AT&T service to my iPhone 14 that I us in New Zealand so that now I have access to both my NZ and my new USA numbers.All good”

“I went into Target to look at purchasing a Consumer Cellular phone and was pretty confused on the different selections and a little intimidated that I didn't have a knowledge base to really hold a decent conversation of what we needed........And then along came CJ, !!! He was able to explain everything to me in detail. Let me know what it was we needed gig wise based on our conversation - reviewed going online and setting up service.... I couldn't have asked for a better customer service. Upon making the purchase, he told me to reach out to the phone number indicated, and that I could also return if I had any further questions (and let me know what the return policies were just in case it wasn't the phone for us). The world has been pretty upside down since Covid, and it's pretty clear that folks in his position probably aren't always treated with the utmost respect, but he certainly did make sure that I was. He made my entire shopping experience, a pleasure, and he is nothing but joy. Take care of him Target!! somebody's going to steal away an exceptional employee like him!”

“From a price perspective, the deal we have is great. I called to ask them how to port forward (gaming thing) and they actually did this over the phone for me and even called me back when it was complete. Thus far, their service people have been good. Believe me, when comparing them to Cox or Comcast (which I've had for years), Spectrum has had much better service in comparison. Hopefully, my service and their customer service continues to be as good as it has been.”
