Earlier today I received excellent customer service from Bryce. He was very pleasant and personable, solved my problem quickly, with a plan that will give me a lower monthly bill. Thank you, Bryce!

Trying to get new phone turned on without success said we had to go to xfinity we don't really know what to do, as we'd prefer us cellular as our wifi mobile service..but not their fault

I've been a customer of theirs for quite a few years. The only thing I was disappointed with was that when looking for older product accessories you cant find them unless you order on anazon. They should keep both old and new available.
