“The manager and his employees are phenomenal. I have gone to this location several times before and have always received friendly service for both me and my young son. However this morning they went above and beyond for me. I was on my way to a very important work meeting and my heeled boot broke. I walked in, obviously interrupting them in their morning routine as it was quite early, and explained the situation. I needed something that was similar in color and style as I did not have time to go home and change. The manager immediately had two options in front of me and had me on my way to my meeting within FIVE MINUTES wearing a brand new pair of boots. I can not speak highly enough of this man and his associate. If you read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It might have seemed silly, but you saved me on a very important day. “I just got my Solovairs back. Daub’s is the only Cobbler in America that Solovair recommends to resole boots. Is it the same price of buying a new pair? Comparable. But my mom bought me these, and I want to have them as long as I can. Daub’s expertise surpassed expectations. The boots are better now than when I first bought them.
