She has custom-ordered a picture for me from one of her artists and mailed me some stickers she was temporarily out of. We live an hour and a half away but we always stop in to see her new merchandise.”

“The manager and his employees are phenomenal. I have gone to this location several times before and have always received friendly service for both me and my young son. However this morning they went above and beyond for me. I was on my way to a very important work meeting and my heeled boot broke. I walked in, obviously interrupting them in their morning routine as it was quite early, and explained the situation. I needed something that was similar in color and style as I did not have time to go home and change. The manager immediately had two options in front of me and had me on my way to my meeting within FIVE MINUTES wearing a brand new pair of boots.
