“Was promptly greeted upon entering the store. I knew exactly what I was looking to do...try on the next size up of some shirts I bought online, and maybe exchange them AND get fitted for a suit. The young man brought me over to the shirt rack, and after trying one on...facilitated an exchange.. then took my suit measurements,,,pulled the appropriate jacket to try on... fit perfect... then same with the pants....In & out of the store with a new suit, shirt, & 4 shirts exchanged,,, They treat you like they are your personal assistant...I've had similar experiences at 3 other stores as well....This store was in Tilton NH, the others Lake George NY, Albany NY, and Newark DE. Top notch customer service in an age of rapidly declining or non existent customer service...”

“Had some good sales going on. And generally very organized. They were out of stock of a certain set my daughter wanted but they offered to order it and ship it to me at no extra charge.”

“Went looking for a bathing suite at the end of the season. Unfortunately they didn’t have any but the young, thin, tall guy was very helpful and friendly.”

“Stopped in to get some shoes for the grandkids and they had many options. We enjoyed stopping in and shopping the various aisles. The staff was very helpful. I really liked the many options for men, women, and children.”

“We’ve been coming to the Columbia Factory Store for years, usually once or twice a year, and it’s always worth the stop. With four kids, any good deal makes a difference, and this store consistently has them. We’re usually able to find solid savings, which makes the trip worthwhile. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the store is a great place to stock up when the prices are right. Definitely worth a visit, even if it’s a little out of your way.”

“The young lady that looked for shoes in the back for me was absolutely Outstanding! Elizabeth Caryl was helping five different people at once. She was very personable & each person said they wished every store had a person like her working for them. She helped take my shoes to the counter as I still shopped. She recommended perfect shoes for me! Thank goodness they have a wonderful young lady that knows their products & can make recommendations that fit each person! She is the reason I will shop at this store! Other people in the store stated they would come back because of Eliza Caryl! Thank you!!!”
