“I had such a wonderful shopping experience at TJ Maxx today! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-stocked and beautifully organized the entire store was. Every department was neat, making it easy to browse and actually enjoy shopping without having to dig through messy shelves or racks.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to answer questions, assist when needed, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's refreshing to shop in a store where the employees are not only hardworking but also kind and approachable.
The combination of a clean, organized store, a great selection of merchandise, and outstanding customer service made for an excellent experience. It's clear that the team takes pride in keeping the store looking its best. “The staff at this vision center is AMAZING!! When buying my nephew glasses for the first time Marlene told me that having protection coverage would be beneficial because my nephew was young and new to having glasses so I trusted her professional opinion and added the protection. Well, thank god for her!! Ive needed to use it 3 times already lol The staff including Sheila and Karen have been nothing less than incredible!! They are kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help their customers!! I will definitely be buying all my glasses in the future at this particular vision center!!”

“I had a great experience shopping at this Macy’s. Jimmy was extremely helpful on the floor and was happy to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive without being pushy, which made the experience very comfortable.
I especially want to highlight JC, who truly went above and beyond. His knowledge of the products was outstanding — not only within his department, but across the entire floor. He clearly understands the merchandise and took the time to explain options in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely helpful. His recommendations were thoughtful, well-informed, and tailored to what I was looking for rather than just trying to make a sale. “I was disappointed as I called the store ahead of time to check if they have the gown in the size that I needed. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said that they do have it in store. I went to Macy’s at the Mall Of New Hampshire branch and once I got to the dress department they did not have size I requested for the gown I needed. Tina tried her best to locate the gown in the size I needed, but unfortunately their stock info on the computer did not match the availability of the gown. Although I did not find the gown,Tina helped me checked at Macy’s Nashua if they have the gown. I was able to get it at the Nashua branch. Although I was disappointed, Tina made it right for me.
On another note, the extension no. for the dress section does not work! Macy’s need to update it!”
“I absolutely love shopping here, especially for kids, they grow like weeds and seem to need clothes every few months. It's inexpensive and brands that are great! Jordan, Nike, polo, nautica, under armor, adidas, Gucci, chanel, Hollister, filas, new balance, sketchers, vans, north face, puma, Ralph Lauren etc. Great spot even for us adults who can't afford the mall anymore lol ????”

“One of the larger & better stocked Kohl's stores I've been to. Had great assortment of styles & sizes in stock - which are not carried at my local stores. The checkout experience was slow, as only 2 cashier lanes were open, and the queue was already quite long when I got there.”
“My experience at this particular store (Nashua, NH) has always been positive. Whether it’s picking up on-line orders or processing a return, the employees are efficient, helpful, and pleasant.”
“The store is very well kept, organized and clean. Unlike the Nashua store, this location was pristine, no stock carts in the middle of the aisles with items falling off, no shelves looking like a whirlwind had hit them. No racks with more clothes on the floor then on the rack. Everything was in its place and it was easy to shop. The only negative I have is the fact that nothing I wanted was available in the size I needed but in all fairness, that is at a lot of stores. Nina, one of the managers at the store, offered her assistance and listened patiently and respectfully while I commented on the lack of availability of my size and how frustrating that was. She offered some suggestions about online ordering and how to get free shipping and was just all around very nice. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to shop this location over the Nashua one which always looks like a tornado went through it.”

“I got a haircut about 3 weeks ago with Yesenia and she did such a great job! The vibe there was very relaxing. She doubled checked her work multiple times and was very efficient. The price of the haircut was very reasonable ($45 - I had a 20% off coupon so it made it $36 but gave her $50 so she got a $14 tip). I would absolutely go to her again for a haircut. ?”

“This store was very well lit and had a wonderful selection. The aisles were spaced out so you don't feel like the experience is overwhelming. I didnt notice any clutter. They still had some Christmas items limited cards and stuff like that. Perfect for those of us that had illnesses and delayed holiday celebrations (and maybe forgot a gift or card). So I was definitely impressed with that!”

“I am a huge Target fan primarily because the shopping experience is much better than the larger chain store down the road. This particular store does do a good job of stocking what I need and does seem to supply slightly more stock than the floorplan would normally allow. That being said, this particular location is going through a "refresh" to make it feel a bit more up scale. I am there to shop for necessities and not to necessarily feel like I am at a Nordstrom or Bloomingdales equivalent of a home store. Yes, a few items have been relocated of which I have found and they have not dropped any brand that I am usually in the store to purchase. I really hope there is not a price increase for the "refresh" look, but I think that may be coming down the road. Will see...”

“By far my most favorite store in Nashua! My 7 year old son loves it too so it's a breeze to go shopping there. The store is huge with an amazing selection of clothes, purses, shoes, jewelry, and home decor- all at incredible prices. Before moving to Nashua, I would take the time to drive two hours to get to Burlington throughout the year.”

“Ok experience, actually go there to buy sterling silver jewelry 5 weeks ago I bought a ring. I just assumed it was 925 silver it was with all that kind of thing but it was not. so I brought it back without a problem I just think it's so weird that I can't even buy sterling silver in the stores right now you can't buy it it's all plated. So what's that”
