“I had such a wonderful shopping experience at TJ Maxx today! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-stocked and beautifully organized the entire store was. Every department was neat, making it easy to browse and actually enjoy shopping without having to dig through messy shelves or racks.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to answer questions, assist when needed, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's refreshing to shop in a store where the employees are not only hardworking but also kind and approachable.

The combination of a clean, organized store, a great selection of merchandise, and outstanding customer service made for an excellent experience. It's clear that the team takes pride in keeping the store looking its best. “I was disappointed as I called the store ahead of time to check if they have the gown in the size that I needed. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said that they do have it in store. I went to Macy’s at the Mall Of New Hampshire branch and once I got to the dress department they did not have size I requested for the gown I needed. Tina tried her best to locate the gown in the size I needed, but unfortunately their stock info on the computer did not match the availability of the gown. Although I did not find the gown,Tina helped me checked at Macy’s Nashua if they have the gown. I was able to get it at the Nashua branch. Although I was disappointed, Tina made it right for me.

On another note, the extension no. for the dress section does not work! Macy’s need to update it!”

“I absolutely love shopping here, especially for kids, they grow like weeds and seem to need clothes every few months. It's inexpensive and brands that are great! Jordan, Nike, polo, nautica, under armor, adidas, Gucci, chanel, Hollister, filas, new balance, sketchers, vans, north face, puma, Ralph Lauren etc. Great spot even for us adults who can't afford the mall anymore lol ????”

“I got a haircut about 3 weeks ago with Yesenia and she did such a great job! The vibe there was very relaxing. She doubled checked her work multiple times and was very efficient. The price of the haircut was very reasonable ($45 - I had a 20% off coupon so it made it $36 but gave her $50 so she got a $14 tip). I would absolutely go to her again for a haircut. ?”

Please fix the second floor heating, it’s a sauna. I had to leave the store I just couldn’t take it”
