“Yesterday I went in with a good idea on a vehicle I wanted to get but the mileage was a little too high for me. I set up the appointment with one of their managers who sent me over to Mike Raymond. When I got there Mike said he did not think that truck was a good fit because of the mileage and showed me another with less than half the mileage on it and a few thousand cheaper. Went for a drive, loved the truck, and was unsure if I could make the price work for me. But thanks to Mike and his connections, he was able to secure a good deal on my trade which I think was a good deal, and got a good deal for the truck. “Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. “I brought my 2011 VW GTI here several times and had a good experience every time, which is very rare with car service in these times.
My first encounter, I brought the GTI in for a second opinion. I had a “clunk” when I would accelerate or occasionally over bumps. I brought it in initially to a different VW/Audi specialist who told me I needed a new steering rack. This just didn’t seem right to me, so I brought it in for Jeremy to take a gander at. With a test drive and ten minutes under the car he figured out it was, in fact, a sway bar link… a $20 part, vs a $1600 part.
His prices are very fair, exceptionally so even, and his work is top notch. The next time I own a VW/Audi product it will certainly be serviced at JFJ.”

“I was a diesel mechanic for over 15 years now retired from the industry. I do my own work, but I use this shop for things I can’t do (tires, alignments, etc.). They are a TOP-TIER shop, every time I’ve done business with them is a fantastic experience. They will always fit me in and get the work done promptly. The service desk staff is very kind and helpful. Just last week I called them to have my own tires mounted and balanced for my truck after being turned away from another shop and they fit me in the next day and were willing to work with me, I ended up just bringing them the tires and wheels and still they had the job done quickly even though I didn’t buy the tires from them. They are a great neighborhood shop. I will continue to use them when I can.”

My 2006 Ford Ranger—owned 10 proud years—went to Queen City Auto Body looking rough: rust eating the rocker panels and cab corners, bed sides shot, interior worn to threads, and a headliner sagging like a bad haircut. What rolled out three weeks later? A truck that looks, feels, and drives like it left the factory in 2006.
Communication was outstanding from the beginning. Gary and crew documented the entire process with photos—frame on the lift, rust patches cut out, fenders and bed being painted, new metal going in. Every change (and there were a few surprises) came with a clear explanation and approval before a single weld.
The attention to detail was surgical. They:
• Replaced the entire truck bed, rocker panels, front fenders, cab corners, and rear sliding window
• Welded in new patches on the cab floor and frame
• Sandblasted the frame, coated it with corrosion protection, then undercoated the new bed before reinstall
• Cleaned, sanded, and painted subframes before mounting new fenders
• Swapped passenger seat, relined and reinstalled the headliner, and upgraded to new headlamps, corner lamps, and taillight assemblies.
Everything aligned perfectly—gaps tighter than stock, paint blended so well the 19-year-old flare-side looks one-piece. The interior smells new, rides quiet, and the frame is now bulletproof against New England’s salt.
Pricing was more than fair—$13,200 for a full structural resurrection, including OEM and OEM-grade parts, and additional items I requested along the way. I was quoted over $15k+ elsewhere for much less work than was done here.
Queen City didn’t just fix my Ranger—they restored a decade of hard work into something I’m proud to drive another 10 years, at minimum. Five stars isn’t enough.”
