She cut me an expedited check when I bought my vehicle, which I flew to Atlanta to pick up and drive home, she worked with the dealership there for whatever they needed. She went above and beyond every time - she really is the best.
My motorcycle and multiple vehicles have been financed through Members First, as well as a HELOC for some home repairs, I don't even consider going elsewhere for a loan and neither should you.”

“I had just opened an account and the young woman at the bank location accidentally entered my birth year wrong, I think she just wanted to make me 12 years younger. Sadly it did not work out that way and I had to call into the members service line. I spoke to Mark who was wonderfully helpful and polite.He explained the error, was able to fix it and grant my access to my online banking App. And he was very entertaining through the process of fixing everything, I absolutely adored his accent! I would absolutely recommend this bank to family and friends in the Manchester New Hampshire area.”
“I switched from Lighthouse to St.Mary's because of constant issues with Lighthouse and the attitude. St.Mary's has been more than awesome, so far. I had to find some Canadian money for my son's trip to Quebec on super short notice. The girl at the Portsmouth branch said they would have no issues getting whatever I needed within 24 to 48 hours. I explained he was leaving the next morning and wouldn't have time to wait. I called EVERYWHERE looking for cash I could pick up right away. Only TD had Canadian currency on hand, but you have to be a member. Of course. So I about gave up when I got a call back from a kind voice of a saint. St.Marys, that is. The girl I originally talked to informed me that she called EVERY local branch and found some cash at their Hudson NH Location. I honestly couldn't believe she went through all that trouble. And for a New Member??? Just wow. Then the manager at the Hudson branch was kind enough to push it through even though I was a new member. Just a bunch of saints doing amazing work. Definitely glad I switched.”
