I worked with Heather Green on a home equity line of credit and she made the process less stressful by explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions. I have had previous business with the bank, and have always been highly impressed with the top-notch customer service, especially compared with other banks I use. The personal touch makes the experience extra special, and I truly feel that the bank has my best interest in mind. We've had two home loans with them and dealing with them is absolutely nothing like doing business with a bank. Triangle is truly a lending institution concerned with their borrowers and unlike a bank they do all they can to accommodate borrowers. Large banking institutions, contrary to their PR, are unwilling and even unable to deal with situations on a one-on-one basis, which Triangle can and does.”
