There's nothing quite like going into small family owned town grocery stores, where the employees become family and they always keep their prices down.β
βMy favorite grocery store, the prices are good, the produce & meats are fresh, one of the important things to me is how many Keto options they have !!!! The keto bread is definitely my favoriteβ

βAbsolutely astonishing food and service here. Everybody was so kind to me and my son, who has many food allergies, and they were very patient with us. The person who handed me my order was very kind and wished us well. 10/10 food and service and I highly recommend.β
βI know a lot of people complain about the prices, but I will always shop Hannaford. Specifically this one. It's close to my house and I love the employees. Recognizing faces and being recognized is part of the appeal.β
βRecently I was shopping at Market Basket in Plaistow, and things were very busy. I got to the deli and took a number and there were over 20 people ahead of me. So I went to the end cap where they sell prepackaged sliced deli meat, hoping to save myself some time. But the end cap was filled with only the most expensive meats and cheeses. So what is the purpose of the end cap? I would hope that a store like Market Basket would put the most popular and the sale items in the end cap in order to save their customers money and time. Instead I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. This is not what I expect from Market Basket .
I hope you will take this into consideration and maybe next time I'm in the store things will be different.β
βI am an avid Demoulas shopper, I love this pace, prices are as low as we can expect for this economy, MB is clean, staff are friendly and I can always find what it is that I need. No complaints .β
βI avoid grocery stores as the hustle and bustle gets to be too distracting and loud for me. But this experience, shopping at what I would consider an older Market Basket (I still call it Demoulas!) was fabulous!I feel their selection of foods, especially as someone who loves to cook/eat Italian, is the best I've seen in any grocery in the area.The folks were friendly and I even exchanged recipes standing in the produce section with fellow shoppers!The scali bread is soft inside, crispy outside as it should be! No one makes scali like Market Basket!Our cashier was hysterical and we giggled our way through the checkout line. A nice experience all-in-all and this is where we'll do the bulk of our grocery shopping from now on while staying in the area!β

βI got 2 cakes yesterday for my daughterβs birthday party. They exceeded every expectation that I had. The cake tasted as good as it looked! I am so appreciative for all of the hard work that I know went into making both of these cakes! Will for sure be going back for all of my cake needs in the future! Thank you ladies!β
βVery nice staff. Customer service people are great. Always good quality meats and produce. Not sure why they run out of milk and cream so often. Parking is good.β

βUsually found what I needed. I mostly rate supermarkets based on the produce section, and this site did pretty well. Iβm used to a wider diversity of fresh fruits and veggies, but it gets the job done. I liked all the labels helping to identify local items and sales. I enjoyed the walnut baklava here too. The original one I used to buy disappeared, but enjoyed the pre-packaged 3-pack options. Staff were friendly and helpful.β
βFun, helpful people. I rarely shop anywhere else for my household needs. It would be nice if they carried more Sutton farms chocolate almonds cuz I love 'em !β
βThis store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. My one downside is that the produce has been lacking lately. Several times I have purchased strawberries, grapes, or lettuce that looks fine on the surface but as soon as I open them (typically same day) there is mold or rot in the middle. The issue is likely with shipping or storage.β
βStopped in for the first time today. OH MY GOODNESS. Amazing. Amine let us try some of the most delicious food Iβve had in a long time. He & his wife Lori have a delicious thing going on, and they are lovely people. Walked out with a couple bags full & we canβt wait to go back!!β
βI LOVE a privately-owned natural foods store. Stock up on staples. Good selection of both fresh produce and frozen items. Do not skip the walk-up counter on the way back of the store. Amazing burritos and smoothiesβ
βFirst time going today and they cut my stew beef to order. The young gentlemen behind the counter were great. Really nice store downtown and I checked out with the owner Monica who was just as friendly. Highly recommend ?β
βThe only thing that I dislike and it seems like this a problem in every MB I venture to... the lack of fresh donuts. ? ? ? No matter what time of the day I go, there's never any donuts in the glass bakery rack. And if so, there's probably 2 or 3 dry crumbled muffins. You would think there would be fresh items every few hours, but that certainly isn't the case.β
βWent in to try some Dominican food hadnβt have it in a long time. Not only did I get astounding service but the food tasted amazing definitely recommend this place.β

βHannafords pharmacy is so helpful and quick! They helped with medication transfer and all in 5 minutes. Before that I've called Walgreens for 3 days for the same medicine and they kept deferring it and saying it's ordered when it was not.β

βToday Rick the manager went above and beyond to help a home bound senior in her home get her groceries delivered. DoorDash never delivered the order even though it said delivered. He personally put the order together and delivered it to her house himself in a 20 minute window. Thank you Rick for your help today . It was appreciated more than you will ever knowβ
βWonderful part of the West Newbury community and surprisingly low prices considering it's a smaller store. Good selection of produce, meat, and other various foods.β
βDelicious strawberries. I didnβt have time to pick so bought 2 quarts - well, that was easy ? We do pick blueberries when theyβre ready, usually about 40 pounds (we donβt pick all at once), they freeze so well and we eat them all year long. Taste like fresh. We love Monahans every year! βThis store had more than I expected. Besides the basics, groceries, cleaning supplies, kitchen and bathroom items they also had toys and movies for sale. Prices seemed a little high on a few items but there were a few deals to be found. FedEx uses this location for a package drop off. Service was good. If I have a chance, I will stop by againβ
βYou should be listed as Bradford Mass Not Haverhill Mass you wouldn't get five stars from me but I'm taking a star away for your choice on the bill it should say Bradford Mass and when you look up directions it should be under Bradford please change it in the computerβ

βThe prices are slightly higher than the Market Basket in my town of Rowley, but the food is fresher and they have a greater selection of "healthy foods". The minor difference in prices is more than made up for by the savings I get at the gas pump. I always self-check (this IS the 21st century), so I haven't experienced the "long checkout lines" that others have reported.
My only concern is that this particular store sometimes doesn't seem to have the items that are listed as "bonus Go Points" online. I haven't had this problem at other locations.β
