“I have been going to this Rite Aid for over 5yrs to pick up supplies for my household & etc. The store manager has always had a friendly smile & a kind greeting towards me as I am a regular customer. They have had many long standing employees who I even got to know before they retired & they were ALWAYS very kind & courteous toward me. I even had my Mother switch from Walgreens for her pharmacy to Rite Aid & they have treated her SO much better!”

beyond with a problem I had with ordering pictures and additionally looking for a cable I left in the store the day before while downloading the pictures. I had to call the store manager to find out his name two days after because I was still thinking about how kind he was. I wanted them to know how I appreciated him and positivity he brought after a long day. In a world where it is so easy to complain about the little things, Sammy did all of the little things that would make someone feel like they matter.
