Pick up and drop off were both effortless and she was warm and genuinely friendly both times, even in the middle of a physical move of the office to a location across the street. The Jeep Compass I was given exceeded my expectations. It was in excellent condition, fully equipped and spotless. I booked this rental on Expedia and, again, all documentation, communication and payment information was seamlessly handled throughout.”
