“This is a great hardware store. The staff are very helpful and they have a great barbecue/smoker section with hard to find products like stump chunks and good quality lump charcoal. They ALWAYS have what I need in stock!!”

The staff and Dave are always welcoming and helpful if I am looking for something , and 99.9% of the time, they have what I’m looking for. I recommend this store over the big box stores for any hardware items or things for your yard.”

“From the retail store to the drive thru yard, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Stopped in this morning for some ice melt after a big box store once again let me down and faked to deliver to my home. I was warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter and we had a great chat about some upcoming projects I’m planning. The cashier walked me through the process for collecting my 150# of ice melt via their drive thru lumber yard.
It was my first time shopping there and accidentally went down the wrong lane in the drive thru but everyone was kind and gracious- I was so embarrassed & worried I was going to get the standard New England style scolding for my oversight. But the gentleman who assisted me with loading my ice melt and the cashier were both so lovely- thank you for that.
I am done with the big box home improvement stores and will be shopping here from now on!”

“I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate Andrea at the Derry location. I forgot a bag at the register on December 19th. I didn't realize this until Christmas Eve! I'm a last minute gift wrapper. Andrea took time out of her busy work day to make sure I had the gifts I needed under my tree for my family. I appreciate her hard work, excellent customer service, friendly and understanding disposition. I didn't get to thank her in person when I went to get my forgotten things. Thank you Andrea. She helped me figure out which ones I could and couldn’t use depending on my plumbing (which even my contractors didn't inform me on), went above and beyond to find each shower piece in a specific finish for me, kept me up to date promptly via text when it would be in, even worked around things to try to get it delivered faster, and is so so friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!”

“I've been in business 42 years, I have NEVER met a Shipping Department Manager, Garrett, who is more personable and Compassionate about the time of delivery and how it is important to those on the receiving end. Had a glitch, spoke to Garrett personally and he jumped all over it, my product gothere within 20 minutes.
It's great to see when all the cogs in the wheel don't work that someone jumps in and takes the bull by the horns..
