“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! “I have come here to make changes to my initial review, as the experience was something I was immensely upset and hurt about, but when I tell you that Firstrust Bank truly cares about their customers and community, they definitely do. After my initial experience, I came to google to express to the community what went on. I’d received a response from the leadership team at the bank. To my surprise, I was contacted by the company’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Sharon Hammel, and she’d sincerely expressed her apologies to me, on behalf of the bank, for my experience, but assured me she would investigate and make it up to me. This isn’t something that happens everyday, where you get this type of call, but a part of me felt it would still be swept under the rug and nothing would happen. Within less than 48 hours, I’d received a follow up call from Sharon, and this time she stated due to the way things were miscommunicated and misconstrued, the bank is now revamping its processes and procedures to assure what happened in my case, won’t happen again to me or any other customer for that matter. Implementing preventative measures alone was something that showed me that they were serious about making this right. Sharon provided me with a genuine apology on behalf of Firstrust, this branch location, and just as a human being in general. She turned the matter around and provided me with a positive outcome and for that, I am so grateful. Thank you so much, Sharon.
I reentered this branch location after Sharon was able to turn things around and smooth over the situation, I was greeted and assisted by Noel and additionally assisted by Kelly. The welcoming feeling I was provided showed me that this company truly cares. I am grateful for all that Sharon has done for me, and the positive energy I’d received from Noel and Kelly when coming back to visit, and their helpfulness. Thank you ladies.

“I attempted to open an account online but ran into a few challenges, so I visited the Charles Schwab South Jersey Marlton office for help. Shermee was fantastic—after a bit of troubleshooting, she quickly resolved the issue. She is incredibly knowledgeable (with 23 years at Schwab!) and very friendly. I didn’t even need to meet with an advisor; Shermee handled everything from start to finish. Excellent service and a great experience overall.”
“Just wanted to say the whole staff is awesome. Went in to cash a huge bucket of change but realized the bucket had moisture in it and the machine would not work. I believe the manager came and quickly solved the problem. I wanted to use the change to open an account here and slowly dissolve my account at PNC. So I said I'll be back in a few days and let the moisture get out of the change. Walking out the bucket broke and change was everywhere. Felice came out quickly got down and helped me pick up the change. She was so awesome. I single handily almost ruined the bank lol but the staff was just so awesome and welcoming I felt like wow...this is an old school friendly neighborhood bank. I cant wait to bank with you all. Felice.....thank you for going above and beyond and to, I believe the manager that helped me at the change machine....thank you so much. See you all soon! :)”

“Friendly & helpful staff. Never a long wait inside or in drive through. Good location and my favorite bank thus far, after using TD, PNC, and Bank of America in the past. I never have any issues with this bank whatsoever. Several employers I've worked for all happened to also use Fulton which is very helpful when cashing/depositing checks, as there's never a hold or delay in receiving the available funds.”
“I have a savings account and I usually stop by the the Voorhees branch to use the change counter. The staff is ALWAYS exceptionally helpful, the change counter is easy to use, and last week, when I dropped $78 in coins (it's a lot!!!) in the parking lot, just as it was about to storm, two associates (Julie and Gabby) came out and helped me to pick up the change, saving me 15-20 minutes of time and getting me back on the road before messy conditions set in!! A customer walked by me and said, "That sucks" and didn't offer to help but the two staffers did. They were under NO obligation to do that and it was a very kind and helpful act, and truly exceptional customer service. I will open another account here bc the CSRs are so terrific.”
