“Today was my first time doing business with this shop and I must say Tom is very nice, caring and has great customer service. I had a really good interaction with him over the phone about my car issue and I was nothing but pleased.
At the shop, Dennis worked on my 2018 Dodge Charger RT 5.7 Hemi, installed a new starter and I was very happy with his clean, precise work. The price was right and I got my car back same day.
I definitely would like to say Thank You to Tom for calling Michael's towing company on my behalf to make arrangements to pickup my car in my driveway.
