“I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.”

“I've been going to this gas station since back when it was a Hess, mostly for its convenient location right on Route 9. Attendants are usually fine, gas prices are fairly competitive, and the convenience store has a lot of options. The prices are often slightly cheaper at the Speedway up on West Pond or the 7-Eleven in the same area, but if you're not headed that way, this is a good, convenient gas stop.”

“The finger pointing all around! ??My order delivered by U**r E**s is good (Thanks Wawa for the utensils for "The Meat Balls" ), but was not too pleased regarding my donut selections. My Boston Creme Donuts are Donuts with Chocolate Icing and ?SPRINKLES?! My Apple Fritter is Glaaazzzed Coffee Roll. Maybe, I wanted a refund? Maybe, I wanted another donut offering? Is this what Wawa or U**r E**s think about their customers?Whoever made the decision: "They'll be ok with this donut." ?Did they think it was a 5 star decision? Nope. Try that stunt in a...Wawa with someone who only drinks Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke. [Wawa or U**r E**s] may get them a Pepsi or Coca-Cola, respectively.Everything else was good from this Wawa location. I just wished either Wawa or U**r E**s informed me of the issue first.”

“I needed some emergency work done on my car and based on recommendations from neighbors and reviews on line, I drove up to West Lake Auto Center and spoke to Greg, one of the owners. He could not have been any nicer. My engine light was on and he explained that they were busy and probably would not get to look at my car until Tuesday…several days from when I went. Greg told me that he would TRY to take a look at my car the next day if I dropped it off, but I actually left it the night before. I thought perhaps maybe there would be a cancellation or they just could “squeeze” me in. They even offered to drive me home or pick me up, but I was able to get a ride from a neighbor. The first morning, I got a call that my spare key fob did not work. He provided me with a battery and he said if it was not available, he would pick up my main key fob. Luck had it and the battery worked. On Thursday afternoon, he gave me the diagnosis for the car and approximate cost. I just want you to know that my car had always been serviced and fixed by my dealer so I was nervous about leaving it and getting this intensive job done. He was going to try to get it done by Friday closing (holiday weekend, so closed Monday). I agreed on the price and Greg called the next morning and said that the car was finished….way before the promised time. My car rides like new and I feel very confident that I made the decision to do business here. Greg was extremely friendly and very professional. I felt strongly that he knew his stuff and I am sure that the mechanics here know what they are doing, I totally recommend coming here and will recommend them highly. I will need a servicing in a few months along with an oil change. Instead of going to the dealer, I am pretty sure I will go here. I love that they are nearby. The dealer does give me a loaner car, but I am not concerned with that for just a servicing. Try this place out and I think you will be as pleased as I am.”
