“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. I'm so glad that I sent my package here and anytime I need packages received in New York City, even if I'm far away in Manhattan or somewhere else, I'll make sure to come here. Thank you so much. “This store is fantastic! I’ve been a customer for over seven years. When I heard the store was being sold, I was unsure about what to expect. However, the new owners and employees are incredible. They are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to engage and explain everything thoroughly.
I was away from the store for a couple of months due to personal reasons, and they reached out to check on me and stayed in touch until I returned. I’m a people person, and so is everyone in the store! Thank you for being amazing and providing excellent customer service!”

I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). “Due to being a fall risk with other physical complications, sometimes going to a UPS store with boxes can be difficult. On two separate occasions, I called the UPS Store In The Greenridge Plaza on SI, and asked if someone could possibly come to my car to carry boxes in to the store. The response was "of course" on both occasions. Not only did they help with the boxes, they offered to come out again with a receipt each time. Service truly with a smile on each of these occasions. Doing business with a company who goes the extra mile, to make sure to higher wonderful staff is very much appreciated. I would like to thank the gentleman for their kindness. I am uncertain but believe the names were John and Josh.”

“Clean spot. I like this UPS Store. Only issue is, no parking. But almost everyone just parks in front and throw on their bazzard lights. I personally park with my passenger side wheels on top on the sidewalk. This block is a 2 way street with just one lane going each direction. No lane for street parking at all. But the staff is always nice. The people that visit this store, not always so nice. But you park, throw on the hazards and you're in and out. Place usually has 2 people working so you won't be in there long. No complaints and I'll always swing by.”
“I come here all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure why some people don’t realize that when it says 'Customer Packed,' it means you need to pack your item in a shipping box or bag. It even tells you to package and seal your item before selecting the UPS option. Today, I saw a customer being rude to an associate, but the associate stayed calm and respectful. Big props to them for handling it so well!”
