“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. I'm so glad that I sent my package here and anytime I need packages received in New York City, even if I'm far away in Manhattan or somewhere else, I'll make sure to come here. Thank you so much. I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). “I come here all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure why some people don’t realize that when it says 'Customer Packed,' it means you need to pack your item in a shipping box or bag. It even tells you to package and seal your item before selecting the UPS option. Today, I saw a customer being rude to an associate, but the associate stayed calm and respectful. Big props to them for handling it so well!”
