“I wish I got her name but there was a young lady who helped me a couple weeks ago when I missed my signature-required delivery by a few minutes. I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.”

Diane is behaving in a very professional matter despite the fact the an overly entitled customer entered the store and was shockingly rude. Diane explained clearly to the customer who then accused Diane of gaslighting her and behaving in a rude manner. I am amazed that Diane remained so calm and professional in dealing with this very inappropriate person.”
