I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”
“I would just like to share that I am currently in UPS store 5865. Diane is the UPS agent on the register. Diane is behaving in a very professional matter despite the fact the an overly entitled customer entered the store and was shockingly rude. Diane explained clearly to the customer who then accused Diane of gaslighting her and behaving in a rude manner. I am amazed that Diane remained so calm and professional in dealing with this very inappropriate person.”

I emailed it five minutes before so it would possibly be quicker when I arrived. When I got to the door a gentleman by the name of Abiel opened the door and had my labels already in hand. We live in New York and sometimes (all the time) we’re in a hurry and for this guy to go ahead and do that, I thought it was incredible.
