“I've always had an amazing experience with Farrow & Ball and particularly their in-person experience! I called and spoke with a very helpful Martin. He was able to get my paint mixed in 20 minutes and I went to pick it up promptly. I know a lot of people order online, but I also highly recommend going in person and really understanding the paint and sheen you're getting with the help of employees. Thanks, Martin!”
“Jacob, the young man is fantastic.
His level of kindness and willingness to help even for the very small and minor area is 10/10.
I left the store feeling very happy and with heartfelt humanity which is lacking and very rare these days.
God bless you young man!”
“Great selection of paints and hardware, plus friendly, knowledgeable staff. Found exactly what I needed quickly, and the prices were fair. Will definitely be back!”
“Casey was so helpful with picking the right color for my bedroom. He has such an extensive background with every paint imaginable, and caters his expertise to exactly what you need. I highly recommend him and his team!”

“I second the words of many of the reviews already posted. I needed help purchasing paint and supplies for a small home improvement project. Not only were their paint prices lower than their competitors, but the woman and tall gentleman both took time to offer tips and advice for prepping the walls and applying paint.”
“My in-laws bought a fridge, and didn’t measure their kitchen doorframe properly. Walked into this hardware store, and walked out within 60 seconds with my questions answered and a proper fix to the dilemma. All it took was a $7 crowbar and a little elbow grease. Fantastic store.”
“Marnie was not only extremely helpful but she is the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. I came in shortly after losing my mother and husband within three weeks of each other. I was very emotional and she sat with me and helped me pick out the perfect color. I felt like I had encountered an angel. I will always come back to see her.”

“Exceptional Customer Service.
We visited the flatiron farrow and ball store to buy paint for our entire house and were completely floored not just by the different types of colors but also the service. Tamal had the best recommendations for the color combinations and worked with us to size up paint quantities. He was extremely patient as we worked through the different types colors and finishes and combinations. We will be going back to this store for all the paint needs.”
