“This place is an OK place to shop for a last-minute shoe. Understanding that this is not A top designer store but what would you expect for a $25 shoe? It's a great place to come for a pair of loafers to take on a cruise or just a nice summer day to relax in. So again I think the store is a wonderful place for a last minute shoe that still has a nice look and somewhat of a OK feel. ( it's a $25 shoe for Christ sake )”

“We had such a great experience in this store. Super clean with all the fly brands. My daughter is tiny and 13 there have so many size smalls which was great for her. We were assisted by TJ and he's so nice and friendly. We are from North Carolina and came up for my daughter's bday weekend. She now wants to come back for back to school shopping. “In a world where everyone and their grandma thinks they’re a sneakerhead/fashion forward, it can really be an Olympic sport trying to find a decent consignment/resell shop in NYC, at least one that won’t flat out play in your face or give you that snobby condescending vibe. With that said, I came by the shop (pop-up) looking to sell a few pairs of shoes, although I had styles he wasn’t necessarily looking for, Andrew was still able to give me a fair & respectable offer I felt comfortable with. The overall vibe of the place is authentic and welcoming; I didn’t get the chance to browse thoroughly, but they have a pretty solid collection of novelty items as well.Would highly recommend.”

He even went above and beyond to get a shoe that I specifically wanted. There wasn’t that specific shoe in my size and they ordered it for me and called me when it was ready, only three days later. He was on top of the situation and helped out even better than I could’ve asked for. The store is also beautiful set up, clean and well maintained. I will definitely shop here again.”

“My podiatrist told me to go to Tip Top shoe and get my feet measured by Harold. Harold is the best salesman, and understood that I needed a shoe with a roomy toe box. In the past 2 years I've bought 3 pairs of shoes there (2 are more like sneakers, 1 pair of slightly dressier boots). They are all comfortable, wear well, and my podiatrist couldn't be happier. They were about average price, and the quality is very good. Harold steered me towards the boots off season and I saved quite a bit buying them early.I miss buying shoes for style as well as comfort, but my feet are happier than they've ever been. After the holidays I'm. heading back to Tip Top for a pair of every day walking shoes.Highly recommended, and ask for Harold.”

“I love this store because My mom loved to go here as her favorite clothing store. She got a sequined grey sweater that she liked so much she wore it all the time in our apartment and even in the summer! Everyone who saw it on her raved about it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. No pressure, you can leisurely take it in at your own pace. And the chairs & couches are so comfortable I could relax as she walked from one shmata rack to another. I loved seeing her explore all the styles and then giving me her selections to ring up. It is a pleasure to shop here and the parking is very convenient. Best store for quality & savings. And after you finish your shopping there's a great restaurant nearby called Harold's with the largest portions I have ever seen for a great meal where we usually stopped before heading home. - paul”
