“Lovely store! I initially went a year or so ago for Klogs as I was working a retail job that had me on my feet a lot. I also wanted to dress up "like a Mormon" because of my intention to go see the Book of Mormon Broadway play again. The workers graciously helped me with that request, helping me find a buttoned shirt and skinny black tie! I've come back for another pair of Klogs since they are such a perfect shoe for me.”

“We drive all the way to this location because of great service, "the great staff," and the selection is awesome. This club is neat and clean, and it provides some great alternatives to Costco, "Bayonne," and BJ's, "Jersey City" doesn't!!! The "Scan and Go" tech that beats the lines was quick and hassle free. I will come back to this location just beacuse its more calm and you don't have to fight anyone on your shopping trip.....Costco stop harrasing cx's on picture on ID. Sam's is the place you want to be!!!”
“Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“I ordered a shirt on Amazon to get to me by Christmas, but Amazon screwed up the two-day shipping and was going to arrive very late. I was in a major bind, and needed someone asap to print the shirt on the same day. Enter Naveed! We talked over the phone, I emailed him the design, and within two hours the shirts were printed! I requested the shirts at 10am by 2pm I had them in hand, incredible! In a city that has everything, I was really having a problem finding same-day screen printing for shirts. But Naveed got the job done, thanks again!”

“Finally ventured into this store for the Cafe section, since I now know one doesn't have to be a member to enjoy their Cafe. I've been a regular shopper at the nearby Walmart for grocery shopping savings. But as anyone knows, Walmart no longer has food for purchase, except McDonalds. They use to have large pies that were really bad, but on occasions when the fam was HANGRY we would just grab, eat, and suffer regrets later. So yesterday, I'd discovered that they have large pies for less than $10 and drinks for lest than a dollar. The whole fam enjoyed a pie and ul drinks on picnic tables. Pretty awesome cashier service that is friendly and good. Can't beat that! We even went ahead and purchased a year membership for $10 for their special anniversary price that ended on 4/19.”
“The young men here did a great job informing me of what I’d need to do to get my tires done. My tires were not coming off with the torque Sam’s allows them to use so I had to reschedule and go to a mechanic to help me out. When I returned, no issues. Took care of my car right away and had a more experienced guy work on my vehicle. I’m pleased.”

While our products are made in Guatemala, we've found in this company the best source for complimentary products which we don't produce or have on hand in the States. We use their cacao beans and packets of cacao pulp in demonstrations, and the quality is always superb.
