“My husband & I were back in the Jersey area to close on our townhome end of January. Reserved an SUV at this location for our drive back to NC with a 3rd passenger, so we were a little concerned about the space & luggage for our 8 hour drive back. Went to pick up the SUV and were pleasantly greeted by Audra. She was a lifesaver and was able to get us into a much larger SUV to accommodate our needs and alleviate our concerns about space. Audra was Both courteous and professional, as well as just a sweet human being. This review is long overdue, as once we arrived back to our new home in NC after a 9 hour drive, we found out a pipe had burst in our home, and flooded the entire home along with all of our belongings. We’ve been living in a hotel room since, but I just wanted to thank Audra for taking good care of us!!!”
