“In the very beginning when Tractor Supply hit our area in South Jersey, they came prepared and with everything we appreciate it. Yes did put a couple little hardware stores out of business but they were going out anyhow and my personal experience has been. I have sent emails with complaints and I caught a couple bad batches of animal food, but they always made good for it and always complimented me back with Bonus dollars in my account so I have no complaints and I thank you once again Tractor Supply for hooking me up for my birthday and I felt it was a personal surprise because yous gave me discounts on everything across the board that I bought. Didn't realize there was a Marshalls in Berlin on route 73 went there and it is the best Marshalls that have been to, has a way better selection than townships. Go check out the Berlin Marshalls.”

“Kohl's is the best department store for clothes, clothing accessories, dress clothes, jewelry, possibly appliances and also some furniture. I shop at Kohl's a lot and I'm very satisfied. They have cool gadgets and electronics sometimes. Their cards, cute stuffed animals and gifts are also a great thing to get anybody for their birthday or a holiday. I shop Kohl's a lot. I love Kohl's. The lamps are nice too.”

“This Tj Maxx/Marshall's us a great location that is typically well kept and stocked with all the items typically sold by all Marshall's locations. The employees try to keep this location clean, welcoming, and stocked. My last visit was the first week of May 2024 so the store was in transition from weaning out winter items to sping/summer items. I struggled to find a suitable outfit for a professional interview due to the transition of inventory, but ultimately found the perfect items I needed. This store stocks home goods, including bedding and personal products, make up, shoes, men's ware, female wardrobe, toys, infant to child clothing, it really has a large selection of everything. We enjoy visiting this location every time we go, our pockets are significantly lighter as it's easy to drop 200 plus dollars in a blink.”

“I was motivated to leave this review for Keith and Andy. Keith was beyond patient with me and looked through a whole days of transactions to find my transaction. I just had to give him the credit card I used. He sat there for 10 minutes looking for it and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time. I felt bad so I even said “if you can’t find it’s fine, I feel bad” and he responded “we’ll make it right don’t worry”. Amazing customer service. This alone makes customers want to come back. Absolutely love this location. It’s next to my favorite market too Sprouts farming. They have so many outstanding deals and really high quality products. Bought lots of my cookware from here and decorations for kitchen and living room.”

“I'm always at five below. Which sometimes is five above but who am I to judge. I still go there to look around and always leave with something I dont need. People greet when you come in. Im not sure if they have a bathroom. They do have snacks, party supplies and much more. Go to place for last minute birthday/holiday gift shopping.”
“Today I came in to return a pair of Vince Camuto flats. The employee who assisted me at the register was Marie ( Black lady, short bob wig with an accent)
Marie most certainly needs training on customer service ASAP.
When I walked up to the register, I don’t recall if she spoke first or not however I said “ hello, I’m here for a return” . At that time she paused and just starred at me…She then apologized and said that she thought there was “more to the sentence” . She mentioned that she was expecting me to say “but” and finish their sentence as she paired that with a chuckle….I then gave her the receipt and shoes and confirmed that the shoes were just too tight. She inspected the shoes as she should then asked when had I purchased them. I confirmed that I bought the shoes just 24hrs prior, at that time she asked if I was sure ….i confirmed and tried looking at the receipt that was on the table to search for the date and time. She then goes on to tell me my receipt does not match and continued to look at the receipt and shoe. There’s no eye contact or communication, she was more so talking to herself. She proceeded with the return and explained that she assumed the price of the shoe would be at least a few hundred dollars instead of the $39 discount price…..She clearly assumed that I had switched tags or was trying to scam her in someway and was very direct in treating me as such. I have never had a bad experience at this location however she completely turned me off from shopping here.
I work in hotel sales so I take customer service very seriously, not only when I’m at work but just in every day interactions so I couldn’t understand how she felt her actions were within Nordstrom standards. Also, if she was educated in brands, she would know that Vince Camuto shoes are often discounted for very affordable prices even in Burlington Coat Factory so her comment that she assumed the price should be in the high hundreds confused me but hey. ??♀️”

“Good evening Google Family. I decided to visit this Walmart after paying the Xfinity cable bill at the Marlton Crossing in Marlton, NJ. I really wanted to go to the Walmart Super Center on Cooperstown Road in Voorhees, NJ. I love that Walmart!!! Anyway, this one was much smaller than the one in Voorhees. Of course because the one in Voorhees is the Super Walmart. I was able to find all of my grocery items except watermelon. I will purchase that tomorrow. What I liked about this particular Walmart is that the associates were super friendly and helpful. Whenever I asked someone where something was, they were eager to help and assist. I also liked that no one was on their phone and I see too much of that everywhere I go, not just at Walmart. I visited the self service checkout and paid for my items and then I produced my receipt for the associate who checks the receipts. A good experience, just not big enough. Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!!!”

“Ugh the monitors at the self serve are tripping! I was with my mom she had 15 items as the aisle stated. This young boy is acting like he’s the police. We kept saying she had 15 items what’s the problem why are you here? He kept repeating what is the last thing you scanned I said this! I said this dude! Anywhoo! He calls his manager now my mother is upset! I said look the machine stopped at the last thing I scanned so can we pay and be gone and you be gone! Note to Walmart: many years you have cornered the market made the family billionaires so now you are experiencing a theft problem. Don’t take it out on your innocent customers. Also, hey we all reap what we sow! Overall I’ll be back they’re just convenient!”

“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”
