31 Main St, Blairstownme and a few friends were in town for the Friday The 13th weekend and we came from Ohio ... we stopped in before heading back home and I just wanted to say that the 2 young ladies behind the counter were super cool and very friendly and the food was more than any of us expected... I love coming from Ohio to Blairstown and trying local businesses and visiting the location of one of my favorite films ... It's almost like a 2nd home to me and I've never had a bad experience, so thank you for making the end of our trip worth it !!!

Buck Hill Brewery & Restaurant
45 NJ-94, BlairstownEver walk into a pub in Maine? This is about as close as you will come while still staying in the Garden State. Yeah, it's called the Buck Hill Brewery, but if wine is more to your palette, you can have that, too. The food is prepared to order, and it's delicious. The server/bartender Maryann L is patient, friendly, engaging and efficient. She greets everyone like they are an old friend.
Try a flight of seasonal beers, IPAs or a sampling of lager/pilsner brews. Conveniently located right on Route 94, you should give this place a try the next time you are in the area.
So, let me update this review to again report that we just had another terrific two visits in the last two weeks, and both times were lucky enough to have the amazing Kendalle as our server. The pub competition in the area needs to walk into this place to see how it's done correctly.
