“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.”

First and foremost, he helped us select the perfect carpet for our home, taking into consideration our preferences and needs. Despite our careful selection, there was a mix-up at the warehouse, and the wrong carpet was delivered to our house. However, the Kamyar handled the situation with grace and professionalism. “This is by far my favorite boutique to shop at. Lisa and her workers are SO friendly and they always keep such a great rotation of things. My apartment is filled with so many beautiful pieces. She has everything priced very well. There’s nothing I hate more than antiquing and nothing is priced to sell. Lisa knows how to keep the shop up to date, beautiful and very inviting. My only complaint is that my own apartment isn’t big enough to fill it with more of her beautiful pieces. She has the best gifts for Mother’s Day, Christmas, any occasion you could think of. Labels on green string are nice touch, easy to remove than stickers without risking some adhesive remover is appreciated. Swapping plugs and trying lamps is also nice to double check functionality without risk and assuming. Check out is a breeze.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Margie and Megan at White House Design Resource for over 5 years now. They are the most helpful, kind, and informative people. As someone who works alone, they are always willing to offer me a second opinion when asked or chime in when I just need a little validation. They are in constant communication with all of the manufacturers that I use and it is such a help. Knowing that they are there supporting me during the ordering and tracking phases of design is very reassuring. I am confident that there will be few, if any bumps along the way because of them and if there is one, they are on top of handling it.
The receiving, scheduling and delivery teams are absolutely amazing as well. They are efficient and professional. They are punctual and friendly and my clients value them as much as I do.
I love working at the design center because it has everything I need at my fingertips. I don't need to clutter my office uneccesarily with samples I might not need, etc. Being able to see and sit on so many furniture pieces while sourcing for my clients is also a huge help!
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend working with the Design Resource, you won't regret it.”

“I highly recommend this store for your mattress. We bought a mattress for my mother in law and the day it was delivered she went into the hospital and unfortunately passed away.
The delivery guys were so nice with her as she was very elderly.
Anyway, we exchanged the mattress for another one for us and the salesperson ( Sue) was so professional, accommodating and friendly.
I highly recommend their establishment.”
