Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. I had just broke my phone and didn't know what I was going to do. I was limited on money and time. Ozzy found a way to alleviate my cell phone trouble.
The other staff inside the store were very courteous and helpful to me as well.
I normally ask a lot of questions about my devices prior to purchasing them. I had every question answered without attitude and to the best of everyone's knowledge in the store.

And then cancelled it each and every time for foolishness ! Which resulted in me losing out on money waiting for return fees! The rep got me my new phone with no issues!
