“Matthew is Awesome just went in for a sim chip swap. I was knowledge with a delightful hello before I took three step in to the store that's a great feeling. Matthew solved my problem and gave my father some great information about his plan he was unaware about. And also has great insight on unique tech products.”
“I have been a customer of this specific cricket store for at least about a dozen years, just because of the top tier customer service that Ron provides every single time I have visited the store.
If you say that you've found a better mobile sales and service representative in Lower Bucks County, then I'd have to question your sanity. ??”
“Today my uncle and I had the pleasure of working with the manager named MIKE. My uncle got a great deal on a phone and case. He was very knowledgeable and quick. I used to work at this location under a different company and it feels good to know there are good people working there. I’ve encountered multiple different locations today that were not helpful and just trying to upsell. Thank you Mike for all your hard work! And we appreciated the water bottles while we waited for his info to transfer to the new device. AS SOMEONE WHO WORKED FOR METRO OVER TEN YEARS, I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Thanks again Mike! Your an asset!”

“Great store! Muhammad was a huge help. Very knowledgeable, nice and cordial. He was clear and concise. He helped fix quite a few issues I had with my bill and my plan and saved my business as their customer! Recommended. If you’re in the area and need att help, check this location out and ask for Muhammad. You won’t be disappointed.”
