“Had a 5* experience with BJ today, helping me to return some equipment. When he found out that his system would not allow him to process the return, he gave me 2 options, one of which was to have a UPS Store process it. He literally walked with me a few stores down to the UPS Store, went back to his store to get some info they needed, and then stayed with me til they finished processing the return and gave me the receipt. He went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated. In hearing him work with another customer before me, he seemed very patient and knowledgeable.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. The whole staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, etc… I can go on and on about how great they are. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Not only was Arthur able to help with phones he was able to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We had a very bad experience at a different location prior. Everyone working in the store truly seems to want to help everyone as much as they can. It’s not the closest AT&T for us but it’ll be the one we use now.”
