“This place is amazing.. I've never seen or known any place quite like it. They have literally hundreds of birds here, of many different species. They are on display and approachable and most can be handled. They also have a seemingly infinite selection and supply of food, treats, toys and supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and they seem to care about the birds. We have purchased a number of birds from Bird Paradise, including a $5000 bare-eyed Cockatoo! It is the sweetest and most affectionate bird imaginable!”

“Very easy to work with. Made it very easy for me to have the stray cat that adopted me checked for a chip. There was none. Posted all over the place about the found cat. No response. Since the cat wasn't neutered Easel offered to have him neutered and chipped at a very reasonable rate. Also provided medication for his eyes and ears at a reasonable amount.

“The store was kinda zooish! I did not mind the dogs barking; my dog barked also. I'm a mom and a grandma, loud noises are not too terrible especially when I tell myself, it will be over soon :) Someone had let their dog pee on the floor and did not clean it up. I put that yellow caution flag over it. The store had only one of what I needed, but that was better than having to travel to another store! The lines(only 2 registers open) went fast and slow. I think the computers were very slow (it happens!) My cashier was lovely and apologized for the delay, it was no biggie :)”
“Good choices of organic salads. Great bakery with fresh croissants, pains au chocolat, pains aux raisins and baguettes better than in a lot of places.
The chocolates and ice creams are also very good! It does not hurt that the prices are very competitive...”

“Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”
“Completed 12 weeks of training and passed the AKC STAR Puppy exam. What a great program and wonderful instructor. We have seen so much amazing improvement with our pup and ourselves as dog owners. “This location is very convenient for me to shop…I can say I never have no flaws at all. I take my frenchie there for grooming and always have a good experience. I’m assuming he is the manager always assisting me at the register giving me great customer service! I’m not gonna keep this one out…he slightly says things about the products there (good things) lol and it makes my wife buy unnecessary toys for our dog😂🤣 she is the boss so no complaints from me🤣😂 overall great place of price and socializing.”

“Listen, to all the animal lovers out there writing 1 star reviews over the conditions of the live animals here. I have a feeling you don't understand what Columbus market is or how things work there. Thursday to Sunday those animals are brought in and sold off. They don't live there for months and years, is not a place like that. The rats are all in little tanks that weekend, they're bred and sold off for feed. Sure you can buy one, take it home and love it as a friend, we have 3 from there our snake didn't eat and they got too big. But if you don't understand what you're talking about, please don't write bad reviews. There are regulations to follow legally and this store meets or exceeds those requirements. Sure, have a heart, but also have a brain. I shop there every week for my snake, bought my snake from them and everything is fine.”
