“I have never seen customer service like this store. When I say never, I mean never. I’m 72 years old with 2 senior dogs and 1 cat, so I buy a lot of food, treats and toys. This store is in walking distance of my home. Staff is very helpful, the store is very clean and well stocked.”

“This place is amazing.. I've never seen or known any place quite like it. They have literally hundreds of birds here, of many different species. They are on display and approachable and most can be handled. They also have a seemingly infinite selection and supply of food, treats, toys and supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and they seem to care about the birds. We have purchased a number of birds from Bird Paradise, including a $5000 bare-eyed Cockatoo! It is the sweetest and most affectionate bird imaginable!”

“My experience with A&E, especially with Bill Twisler, was fantastic!! I had a very old cage for my Queen of Bavaria Conure that was given to me a long time ago, and had no idea who the manufacturer was. After an extensive Internet search, I called A&E because their online pictures looked closest to what I had. I was lucky enough to have Bill answer my call!! Right away, he helped me with measurements and answered my questions and we finally figured out that this cage was indeed one of theirs. I Was so lucky to be able to purchase the exact cage directly with Bill and can’t say enough about the whole process! With his help, everything went smoothly, the Cage was delivered within a week of order, was in perfect condition and with the help of a friend went together really well! A few things on the cage have been upgraded since my original one was made, including much better locks on the door and ingenious locking devices on the food and water doors!! This is a quality product that I know will last my Bird a long time and I am very grateful for all the help that Bill gave me! The only thing I will say is that I’m not very happy with the cage cover. It’s beautiful, but really difficult to get up and over the top of the cage and adjusted properly. The front piece folds up and you can fold It all back, but I don’t like leaving it on the cage during the day so every time I use it it’s a struggle to get all the pieces moving in the right direction. Full disclosure I am only 5 feet tall and it’s hard to reach that high. However, I’ve had more success with a large blanket that I used for the old cage. This is a minor thing and one that I’ll just have to work on.
Bottom line… I highly recommend A&E for their excellent cages and wide variety of other animal product!! And… I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend Bill Twisler, he was a delight to work with!!”
“If you’re in Newtown, definitely go here over PetSmart. They have SO much selection, including niche and better for your dog brands. Plus, their customer service is INFINITELY better — they actually want to help you and your dog / pet. I always have a wonderful time here!”
“Very easy to work with. Made it very easy for me to have the stray cat that adopted me checked for a chip. There was none. Posted all over the place about the found cat. No response. Since the cat wasn't neutered Easel offered to have him neutered and chipped at a very reasonable rate. Also provided medication for his eyes and ears at a reasonable amount.

“Olivia is my favorite! Very knowledgeable and I noticed while waiting for crickets that she remembered customers names and their exotic pets names. She helps me with my geckos. Not going to lie, the first time she was stern with me about not putting cichlids in a 10 gallon tank and I was not able to bring any home that day,, but I’ve since done research and upgraded to a 50 gallon tank. Will be in for fish soon!!”
“I get live food for my bearded dragons and geckos. They always give a little extra on the crickets, have plenty of other choices, 3 sizes of mealworms, dubia roaches etc. can usually pick up a treat for the dog at the checkout for around $2.00 , plus the free dog biscuit on the counter ??”

“My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”
“Listen, to all the animal lovers out there writing 1 star reviews over the conditions of the live animals here. I have a feeling you don't understand what Columbus market is or how things work there. Thursday to Sunday those animals are brought in and sold off. They don't live there for months and years, is not a place like that. The rats are all in little tanks that weekend, they're bred and sold off for feed. Sure you can buy one, take it home and love it as a friend, we have 3 from there our snake didn't eat and they got too big. But if you don't understand what you're talking about, please don't write bad reviews. There are regulations to follow legally and this store meets or exceeds those requirements. Sure, have a heart, but also have a brain. I shop there every week for my snake, bought my snake from them and everything is fine.”
“Service experience was outstanding i was greeted as i walked in the door the staff was very knowledgeable about the questions i had about fish and setting up my new tank the two young ladies was awesome and the manager was very knowledgeable about the difference in the fish 🐟 and helped me pick out the stuff for my lizard tank i would say this was stellar service and i found myself a new pet store home
