“Great selection of clothes I enjoyed shopping around the mens section. Line was pretty long which people say is common at this location but it doesn't bother me. The Nordstrom has a much better selection then the sacks off fifth in my opinion.”
“My mom and I went to the store and both got our feet analyzed. After I got my feet analyzed, it turned out that I was wearing the wrong size sneaker. The salesperson that we had was Emmanuel. and he was excellent. He knew a lot about the sneakers, and all the products in the store. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend visiting the store for your next pair of sneakers. It was a great experience. They also email you the scan of your feet with a breakdown of everything. It was well worth it.”
“Stopped into Red Wing in North Brunswick to get work boots with a work certificate and had the best experience I’ve ever had buying boots. Javier and Drew helped me out and worked together the whole time. They brought out different styles, made sure everything was within my budget, and walked me through the lightweight options since I needed no-puncture steel toes. They made me feel taken care of, not rushed. Super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in any store. Highly recommend this location and especially Javier and Drew.”
“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”

I had an outstanding experience at this location.
From the moment I entered, every staff member greeted me warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere. Though some of the shoe styles I wanted weren’t available in my size, the associate with dreads (apologies for not catching his name) went above and beyond. He offered thoughtful recommendations, showed me various options, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. His attentive and professional service made my visit exceptional.
This level of customer care makes all the difference — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location 100%.”

He helped me pick out a shoe and since there was no more of those that I wanted, I got them shipped to my house. Also the selection was pretty big. There were many different colors at the store. “I needed an outfit for my mom’s funeral. I meandered around Macys for over an hour not being able to find anything that I thought was appropriate. Walked into WHBM in Bridgewater, NJ and explained my situation. They asked me what size I was and the sales associate picked out a whole bunch of clothes for me. I got lucky w the first outfit. She even helped me with accessories. I was super pleased and would go back there again!!!”

“Came in today 2/27 with my 4 kids (8 and younger) to get them new kicks. The associates there were very responsive and alert. I wasn’t able to catch the sales associates name who helped us most, but according to my receipt it says Amanda. She was very patient, kind & attentive. Usually shoe shopping is a hassle, going from one store to the next trying to find something my kids like, or even having size stock issues but Champs was the first & only store we visited and although I only planned for 1 or 2 kids to get sneakers today, I couldn’t help but to get all the kids a pair, thanks to the great service and deals.”
“Wanted to share that Tamara was on the sales floor, greeted me from the moment I came in. Almost immediately, asked me if I needed any help with anything & Made some suggestions based off what I was looking for. She was super attentive, but not hounding me. She started a fitting room for me and when I was trying on clothes she was bringing and exchanging clothes for me. Was very happy with her customer service.

“DSW is my go to for all my footwear. I love that there are so many choices to choose from and you can try them on right then and there. If they don't have your size, just ask any associate to have it ship to you for free. I have been on a 2 year hunt for the perfect cowboy boot. I know what style I'm looking for. I have super skinny calves so finding one that my legs do not swim in it has been hard. Today was my lucky day. A pair of cute black ankle cowboy boots stopped me dead in my tracks as I was walking down the aisle. I felt like Cinderella as I slipped it into my feet. PERFECT!!! I had own a pair in my 20s and wore it until it was completely worn out. I look forward to wearing this with shorts, skirts and jeans. I feel like their rewards program used to be better but it is still a good idea to sign up for one. The associates at this location are always super helpful and go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for.”
