“I had the most amazing customer service I have ever received anywhere, at the T mobile store at 1 Route 37 in Toms River NJ. The man, Chad, was an absolute angel. My elderly mother’s phone broke and he went above and beyond to help her. He was so kind and patient. He explained everything in a way we could both understand, as neither of us are very tech savvy , and he set everything up as well. He was so helpful. I wish more places had people like Chad. Give that man a raise and hope your other employees are half as good.”
“I got a new iPad. The activation team helped activate my iPad only. Needed help with set up, such as transfer data from old iPad to new. Got there at a good time, didn't have to wait. The service rep Robert did a very good job in setting it up for me. I couldn't do it on my own. Good job, Excellent customer service.
