“I went to Valvoline for an oil change and a couple of other things. They messed up and forgot to reattach a hose or something. I was driving and my Check Engine light went on, I went straight to Pep Boys. They checked my car, they told me what was wrong, the price was reasonable, They were very fast.
The only negative is the line. Even when you're second on line, it takes forever. I paid before I got there and I still had to wait 10 minutes.”

Had to go in person to order, to check on order, and of course to get the tires installed. People in the tire center are super nice! It’s just frustrating as a customer that it’s impossible to get them on the phone. Great service. Pleasant people.”
