Since the unit being replaced had a damaged charging port, it was a bit more complicated transferring files to the rebuilt replacement phone.
Jawahn Banks did all the work for me, setting up the replacement phone and transferring all my files over. He saved me hours of time and frustration and I'm so grateful for his help.
The only thing left for me to do was to mail the old phone back to Asurion.”
