“Went in to Verizon today on the recommendation from a friend, my phone was glitching and not holding a charge, Dan helped me get a new phone, explained everything I needed to know, he was very patient as I’m not technically savvy!! I usually dread buying a new phone but Dan made it quick and easy! While I was there Kareem the manager helped several other people who had an array of issues and what I witnessed was a complete patient gentleman dealing with older people!!! I will never deal with any other Verizon Store again!! They have me as a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!”

“I accidentally deleted the e sim off my iPhone and could not for the life of me figure out how to activate it. After a three hour headache I finally went to Verizon and was greeted by Cliff. He was welcoming and kind. He was able to get my phone back up and running in to time and was such a pleasurable experience! I learned my lesson after today and next time I’ll just head straight to Cliff.”

I can not say enough good things. They were patient & kind. Not just to me but my whole family including a very high energy 3 year old who ended up along for the ride. Bri made what i thought was going to be a very painful process so smooth. The store is very lucky to have an associate like Bri.”

Joel S., Sales Consultant, assisted us within a few minutes and we were able to quickly purchase our new phones and needed accessories. “I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
