“I love Harbor Freight! Great deals on things I actually need. I have three sump pump wells in my basement and have had to replace them a few times over the years. Two of the pumps I replaced with ones purchased from Harbor Freight. They were good quality metal ones with legs that have lasted a long time and were easy to install. I always buy another one when I put one in so there's a sump pump on hand when needed.”
“Nothing special. It’s a store like any other. The best thing about this place is that the prices are decent. Went to Lowes to get a shovel. Cheapest was well over $20. Came here, got an even better shovel than anything they offered at Lowes for $16 and change. Can’t beat that! Love Harbor Freight.
The 5 ⭐️ rating refers to the pricing and decent selection of tools. It’s not a Home Depot where I like to wander the aisles but nowadays, I wander the aisles of HD and Lowe’s then go to HF and find the equivalent thing cheaper.”

“The guys at Penndel hardware are second to done. My son, who is 4.5, has a favorite Christmas blow up. Well, Santa let this blow up come early as my son is fully potty trained. Well, guess what The blow up who name is Penguin shake would not shake. My son was so sad.
So, we took Penguin shake to the guys at the hardware store and they were able to fix him. They were so nice to my son and they said they will fix it. So they fixed and the next day he stopped working. We called and they said bring penguin shake back. They fixed it again and for no charge.
Great place and I highly recommend them. Now I know where to bring my Christmas blow ups too. Also, I am not very handy lol so if I have any projects. I am definitely going here ?”

“Great family-owned & run store that covers a wide-range of items; friendly, helpful service & quickly gets to know & welcome repeat customers. Couple yrs ago when I left my credit card behind, he kept locked in drawer & soon as I came in, he let me know he had it waiting for me [unlike the 1x it dropped out of my pocket at nearby Family Dollar & saw online where I last used it--well in was there but left laying in full view in an unlocked drawer yp near register; NOT in locked drawer or managers offc!
Only problem I've had at JVs is that when I get distracted (or more often lately as I'm getting older), I forget or think of something I need--preferably nearby, quick & reasonable priced-- I rush out the door & realize its 7:30 or after [or earlier on Sun] & realized they are closed ? so addl hours are only thing I'd prefer .. but that's just me being needy & greedy bc I know they need time-off/family time!????”

Someone always helped them with their supply needs. About two weeks ago, I dealt with Carry in the paint department, he was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions! By far the best customer service ever! My paint project turned out great because of his advice!”
