“We had a broken front door due to a worn out door track guide and ordered online from another supplier and after 3 weeks instead of recieving the part, we recieved a small sample size. I found IDN had the correct lengths online and spoke to salesman Russ Schmiedeberg and he was able to rush ship us the replacement and helped us get the door fixed faster by meeting our facility manager local. Top notch customer service! We really needed this quickly fixed prior to a top executives tour that would have made our facilities group look very bad being that the front door to the building was held open for over a month. “Closest hardware store in town besides Home Depot, prices a little expensive, but it's worth supporting home town business. Just wish they were open for a few hours on weekend, even just Saturday. Has everything you need, if not the direct you to a store close by that's does!”
