They have a new technology to measure your feet to get you the best fitting shoes anywhere. Old style Service where they put your shoes on and off for you and they make sure you’re totally comfortable and are willing to try different shoes and make recommendations based on your feet. Lori did an amazing job.”

“Jeff’s Golf is one of those places you’re lucky to still have around. Jeff clearly isn’t just selling equipment he’s a true craftsman. Within a few minutes of talking to him you can tell he has decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the equipment. He even shared stories about hand-wrapping wooden club shafts years ago, which really shows the background he brings to his work.
I’ve purchased clubs from him as well as had clubs worked on and rebuilt, and the workmanship has been excellent. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and his advice was just as valuable as the work itself. You’re getting thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance from someone who genuinely understands the game and the equipment.
Jeff takes pride in what he does and it shows in the finished product and in how he treats his customers.

“I just got into running this year and finally bought my first pair of good running shoes. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and after a few months of running I had to take a break due to a back injury. I always ran in cheap Amazon sneakers and credited my back injury to the cheap sneakers. I did some research online and came across the sneaker factory. I went in and told Joe my situation and what I was looking for. He went over the different types of sneakers and explained to me what would be best for me to not re-injure my back. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the sneaker factory to anyone looking to get good running shoes.”
“Just terrific. A vestige of a bygone age. Incredibly, the store is located in the driveway of a residential house on a quiet, leafy street. (Almost certainly grandfathered in.) Anyway, it's an old-time tennis shop staffed by relatives of the man who founded the place in 1913. Good, high-end racquet selection; good accessories; even has some sneakers and clothes. Super-friendly staff is very accommodating and even generous with pricing and the occasional freebie. I feel good about patronizing this place. I mean, tennis warehouse is great, but do they really need your business?”

“Went in for an installation for a bike rack. Pete T was the installer. He actually showed me how to put it on and take it off the cross bars many times. He always went out his way to bring out a bike and actually showed me how to put a bike on the rack. Professionalism at its finest!”
“My wife and I were Peloton newbies and are 1500+ miles away from Short Hills, NJ. However when Peloton closed our local store, the manager at Short Hills, Shari was assigned to our case. We had a few hiccups and Shari has been able to clear up every and any issue. I wish she had been at our local store because her 5 STAR service is amazing.

“I work out of town and so was having difficulty getting to store during business hours. This week had a day off and remembered at last part of day that I could finally get rackets to store for restringing and new grips. I arrived at store 5 minutes after closing and Pat was coming out of store after closing up and when he saw me coming across Bloomfield Ave with a rackets in tow he graciously invited me back in store to get my rackets to be worked on. That is going xtra mile in attitude which is a difficult customer service quality today to find in professional and non professional businesses. And I have had years of experience to render this opinion.
Anyway long short I picked up my rackets 2 days later to find a quality job and so I am pleased. Will definitely support this local business again. Thanks Pat!!”
